WARNING:
Some people may ask you
to pay them money to pursue a lawsuit on your behalf
against Wealth Pools International or Recruit for Wealth
to recover your investment. You do not need to file a
lawsuit to protect your interests. Wealth Pools is
under federal court receivership and is in the process
of being liquidated (closed) under court supervision.
The assets of Wealth Pools and Recruit for Wealth will
only be distributed pursuant to a court order in this
federal lawsuit, and through no other orders of state
courts or other courts. A claim process is being
prepared to allow all associates and other creditors
who have lost money in Wealth Pools to file a claim with
the Receiver. All claimants with allowed claims will
share in the distribution of the remaining assets of
Wealth Pools and Recruit for Wealth. Do not lose
further money by falling victim to such lawsuits.
SPECIAL NOTICES:
The Receiver cannot send 1099 or K-1 forms to
associates/investors because she is unable to make a
determination at this point as to what interest, if any,
was earned by associates/investors for the 2007 tax
year. The Receiver recommends that you speak with a
qualified tax professional in order to ensure your
compliance with IRS reporting requirements.
